Guest Service & Front Desk at Luxury Hair Salon

Located in Steiner Ranch, La Ruche Salon brings the downtown experience to the suburbs!

Our in-demand team works on a dynamic range of clientele in a beautiful, recently expanded salon. We ensure that each stylist hones their craft - and that the clients receive the best possible service during their visit.

We are in growth mode and we are seeking an energetic team player to be one of our amazing Guest Service Experts! This position is part time and requires opening and closing shifts. Specific industry experience is preferred, but not required.

The skills and qualities needed to be successful include:

- Able to work opening (8:30am) shift or a closing (7pm) shift as well as Saturdays.

- Positive team player with passion for the beauty industry and an appreciation of what it takes to provide a luxury experience

- Outgoing, customer-focused and comfortable catering to an upscale client base

- Comfortable offering products and services to clients using company designed scripts and methods

- Detail oriented, organized, dedicated, thorough, and disciplined

- Proficient with computers, basic phone systems, and POS systems

- Adaptable to the demands of a quickly moving business
