Guest Relations Specialist - Luxury Salon

At Lunatic Fringe Salon Boise, we believe luxury is in the details. We’re looking for a polished, organized, people-focused Guest Relations Specialist to help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
Manage appointments, guest communication, and daily salon flow
Support our stylists and team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Handle phone calls, texts, and guest requests with care and efficiency
Help maintain the elevated hospitality experience we’re known for

SCHEDULE

Part-time position including weekdays and Saturdays. 25-30 hours per week.
