It is a hospitality, customer service, sales, and operational support role. Guest Relations Coordinators are responsible for delivering a luxury guest experience while supporting salon operations, increasing guest retention, driving retail sales, maintaining booking accuracy, and helping the salon achieve its business goals. Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a salon is preferred.
