The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of Envy — creating seamless daily operations while supporting our artists, elevating the guest journey, and protecting the details that make our experience exceptional.

This role is perfect for someone who naturally sees what needs to be done, loves helping people succeed, and can balance warmth with accountability.

You’ll Lead Through:

✨ Guest Experience

Create a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience from arrival to departure
Support guest communication, scheduling flow, and service recovery when needed
Maintain the elevated atmosphere and standards of Envy Studio

✨ Team Leadership + Culture

Support, encourage, and develop our team of artists
Lead daily communication, team alignment, and studio expectations
Celebrate wins while helping create consistency and accountability
Be a trusted resource and positive presence for the team

✨ Studio Operations

Oversee daily flow of appointments, guests, and providers
Maintain organization, inventory, retail presentation, and studio appearance
Support systems, processes, events, bridal coordination, and continued growth
Collaborate with ownership and leadership on goals and opportunities
