Culture is seeking a Guest Experience & Operations Manager to join the fun, energetic, and effortlessly beautiful environment catering to Lakeway's lakeside community. The ideal candidate loves the beauty industry and is energized by working in a dynamic salon environment.
Position Overview:
The Guest Experience & Operations Manager plays a key supporting role in the overall operations of the salon. This position works closely with the Salon Manager to ensure day-to-day tasks are executed smoothly while helping to create an environment that reflects the salon’s brand, culture, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Front-of-House
Lead and support the concierge/front desk team to ensure outstanding customer service.
Assist with handling customer feedback, concerns, and relationship management.
Support concierge team training and performance development.
Team Support & Operations
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new team members.
Help train concierge/front-of-house staff to align with salon service standards.
Support in developing and improving standard operating procedures and workflows.
Marketing & Brand Presence
Assist & support coordination and execution of in-salon events and promotions.
Inventory & Vendor Management
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering salon products and supplies.
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
Salon Environment & Aesthetic
Assist with maintaining and enhancing salon decor and overall ambiance to ensure a clean, stylish, and welcoming space.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the salon, beauty, or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in team leadership or staff training is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and atmosphere.
Comfortable using POS systems and basic office software.
