Guest Experience Lead (Front-of-House)Dolce Vita Salon | Santa Rosa, CA32–36 hours/week | Tues–Sat$23–$25/hr + bonuses & perks This role is also responsible for leading the daily guest experience at the front desk while supporting retail, inventory awareness, and overall salon flow. (Meevo) Executing accurate check-in/check-out and daily closeout procedures Supporting salon flow by keeping the team on time and organized throughout the day Maintaining clean, elevated front desk and retail displays Confidently recommending services, promotions, and products based on guest needs to support salon sales goals Maintain awareness of retail and backbar inventory levels Communicate when products are running low or need to be reordered Support retail merchandising and product displays Understand basic product benefits to confidently recommend to guests Help support retail sales goals through guest conversations Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment Strong organization and ability to multitask Confident, professional communication skills Comfortable with sales conversations and recommending products/services Experience with POS systems (Meevo a plus) Self-motivated and able to work independently Someone who takes pride in staying productive, noticing what needs to be done, and supporting the team and improves guest experience without being asked.
