Job Title Guest Experience Coordinator (Part-Time) Honeybee Nail Spa is seeking part-time Guest Experience Coordinators to join our team. We are a luxury, non-toxic nail spa focused on exceptional guest care, attention to detail, and creating a peaceful experience for every guest. Pay: $10–$13 per hour based on experience ☆ What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments Check guests in and out Assist guests with service selection Recommend upgrades and retail products Confirm appointments and follow up with guests Help maintain a clean and organized salon Support the team in creating an exceptional guest experience Encourage guest reviews and future bookings ☆ We're Looking For Someone Who: Smiles easily and enjoys serving others Communicates professionally in person and on the phone Is dependable and punctual Has strong attention to detail Learns quickly and follows systems Remains calm during busy periods Takes initiative without being asked Has customer service, hospitality, retail, or salon experience (preferred but not required) ☆This Position Is NOT For Someone Who: Frequently arrives late Dislikes interacting with people Waits to be told what to do Struggles with multitasking Is uncomfortable making recommendations or asking for reviews ☆ What We Offer Supportive team environment Growth opportunities Consistent schedule Employee discounts Beautiful luxury salon environment If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences and making guests feel valued, we would love to meet you.
