Guest Experience Coordinator

Job Summary

Casa Verde Salon Spa is seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our guest services team. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, high-quality guest experience while supporting daily salon and spa operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This position plays a key role in managing the front desk, supporting service providers, and contributing to overall retail and service sales.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
Maintain accuracy of bookings and ensure efficient guest flow
Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
Educate guests on services and recommend retail products
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
Process transactions and maintain accurate records
Ensure front desk and common areas are clean and organized

Qualifications

1–2+ years of customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills and comfort with booking systems
Salon or spa experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

Full-time: 32-40 hours per week
Part-time: Flexible hours based on availability
Must be available Saturdays
