Guest Experience Coordinator

This role is responsible for creating a seamless, high-quality guest experience while supporting daily salon and spa operations. This position plays a key role in managing the front desk, supporting service providers, and contributing to overall retail and service sales. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Greet and check in guests in a professional and welcoming manner Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling Maintain accuracy of bookings and ensure efficient guest flow Support daily operations and assist team members as needed Educate guests on services and recommend retail products Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism Process transactions and maintain accurate records Ensure front desk and common areas are clean and organized (Full-time team members eligible for full benefits package)
