As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the concierge team plays an essential role in the flow, energy, and success of the salon. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, polished, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with guests, stylists, estheticians, and team members. Responsibilities may include welcoming guests, managing appointments, supporting rebooking, answering questions, assisting with retail, enrolling guests into our loyalty programs, memberships and helping each guest feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
