You are responsible for serving our clients in a friendly, professional way, ensuring their satisfaction, and applying principles of customer service and effective techniques. Market yourself in the community and salon to increase clientele. Exhibit consistent, excellent customer service skills. Multi‑task efficiently to complete salon duties. Stylist‑in‑Training - graduated 90 days or less away from cosmetology school. Stylist - valid, current cosmetology or barber’s license. Maintain a valid cosmetology or barber’s license (or be 90 days or less from graduation). All Stylists/Stylists‑in‑Training must complete assigned training as determined by Regis. All Supercuts Stylists/Stylists‑in‑Training must participate in the Hair Stylist Academy (HSA) program and obtain a certificate of completion. Work Location - Onsite at Salon Location.
