Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, performing professional hair care services, recommending at-home products, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe station. The role also involves collaborating with the salon spa team, supporting spa promotions, and contributing to an elevated guest experience in a busy, upscale environment. The Hair Stylist will be expected to build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service, rebooking, and positive guest relationships. Professional hair expertise, including Hair Styling and Hair Care skills suitable for an upscale salon environment.Cosmetology training and an active Wisconsin Cosmetology License (or eligibility to obtain) to perform salon services in compliance with state regulations.Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and building long-term client relationships.Clear and professional Communication skills to conduct consultations, explain services, and recommend products confidently.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, including flexibility with evenings and weekends as needed.Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all service and work areas.Interest in ongoing education, trends, and advanced techniques in hair and beauty services.Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not required; a strong portfolio and passion for the industry are highly valued.
