We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a retail environment. You will assist customers with inquiries, manage transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Communicate product information clearly and effectively to customers.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Conduct product demos to educate customers about new items and promotions.
Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.
Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
Basic understanding of retail math concepts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in grocery store settings is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
