Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff position located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Front Desk Staff will handle day-to-day receptionist tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and warmly welcoming clients upon arrival. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized front desk area, providing top-notch customer service, and performing administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the salon and spa.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer ServiceExceptional Communication abilities, including verbal and written skillsProficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with booking software and data entryAbility to multitask efficiently and maintain attention to detailFriendly and professional attitude with a focus on providing excellent guest experiencesExperience in a salon, spa, or similar customer-facing role is a plus
