RuBrows PMU & Head Spa is a high-end beauty studio located in Cincinnati. We specialize in permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and luxury head spa services. We are growing and looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join us.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
Answer calls, texts, and manage appointments (Fresha system)
Check clients in and out, process payments
Keep front desk clean and organized
Take photos and short videos of services (before/after, reels, etc.)
Assist with simple social media content (Instagram, TikTok)
Requirements
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using iPhone to take photos/videos
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Interest in beauty or social media is a plus
Pay
$13–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Opportunity for bonuses based on performance
Schedule
Part-time / Full-time available
Weekend availability preferred
