Front Desk Sales at High End Salon

Cedar Hair Studio is looking for a warm, outgoing, and organized person to join our team at the front desk!

Our front desk team is a huge part of the salon experience. You’ll often be the first person a guest interacts with - whether they’re walking through our doors, calling with a question, or reaching out by email, we want every interaction to feel welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared for.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, can confidently juggle a busy environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. If you’re naturally friendly, organized, dependable, and good at keeping your cool when things get hectic, you may be a great fit.

Schedule

Fridays: 9:00am–7:00pmSaturdays: 8:45am–5:00pmAvailability for both shifts is required.

Welcome guests and help create a friendly, comfortable salon experienceAnswer phone calls and emails and assist guests with questionsSchedule and manage appointments while helping keep our stylists' books running smoothlyEducate guests on salon services, products, and booking optionsCheck guests in and out, process transactions, and handle cashAssist guests with retail product recommendations and purchasesOpen and close the salonOffer beverages and snacks and help guests feel taken care of throughout their visitHelp keep the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly, including laundry, dishes, and sweepingWork alongside our stylists and front desk team to maintain a fun, welcoming, and professional environmentThe perks:
