Job Description As a Guest Care and Retail Associate at Urban Nirvana, your responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing administrative and operational duties. These include, but are not limited to: Warmly greeting and assisting all incoming clients.Managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls.Overseeing the appointment schedule, including client check-ins and check-outs, and resolving issues such as late arrivals or missed appointments.Developing comprehensive knowledge of our retail products to effectively assist clients.Maintaining the clean and fresh environment of the spa and salon throughout the day.Booking appointments and processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.Assisting shoppers with retail inquiries and purchases.This position requires you to stand during the scheduled shift.
