The role of Curl Concierge is the face of the salon, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests wanting a warm, inviting and sophisticated beauty experience. Your whole approach and make-up will play a significant part in the team’s overall success. We want to create loyal fans from the minute they enter our beautiful salon.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Offering prompt, friendy, courteous service.
Manage checking clients in and out for their appointments.
Informing clients of current promotions and providing knowledgeable, professional product recommendations.
Handling sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously and accurately.
Resolving client concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
Complete necessary paperwork in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
Offer clients a beverage at their checkin and a refill when processing.
Offer to take their jacket upon check in.
Gather, wash, fold and put away laundry.
Sweep salon floor after clients.
Ensure stylists are set up for success for their day (e.g. daily schedules, tools, products, etc.)
Manage and delegate housekeeping duties to the entire staff for the day.

Job Requirements

A demonstrated competency with sales, products and service.
The ability to troubleshoot and successfully deescalate guest concerns.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ability to build strong and lasting relationships with guests.

Essential Requirements

On a regular basis, it requires the ability to walk.
On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms.
On a regular basis, you are required to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.
On a regular basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel and crouch.

Pay: From $16.37 per hour
