The Establishment is a creative, community-driven Aveda salon in the heart of Shorewood. We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator.
Someone with warmth and poise to be the welcoming face of our space.
Daily Tasks:
Greet guests and guide the flow of the salon with calm confidence
Manage appointments and support our stylists
Handle checkouts, product sales, and light admin tasks
Keep the energy grounded and inspired
You are:
Organized, friendly, and quick on your feet. You love beauty, connection, and a smooth-running day. Salon or hospitality experience is a plus.
