At The Shop, we put our clients first and want them to walk out of our salon overjoyed, not only by their hair service, but by their whole experience. Our Front Desk team members are the first and last point of contact for our clients, and have an important role in providing that excellent experience. As a front desk person, you work closely with our Stylists and Clients to ensure that The Shop runs smoothly.
The specific duties include, scheduling clients over the phone and in person, light salon work (like washing and folding towels and sweeping), and checking clients out on our POS, which involves cash handling. We are looking for someone to fill about 30 hours per week with weekend availability.
This job will start as part time, but will have the possibility of becoming full time. We offer health care for full time employees. If you like a fast paced, yet laid back work environment, The Shop could be the place for you!
