We are hiring Front Desk / Customer Service Associates for our four El Paso locations:

D’Vine Nail Bar — Horizon Location #1D’Vine Nail Bar — Horizon Location #2 (Fountains)Deluxe Nail Spa — Joe Battle Location #3Deluxe Nail Spa — Joe Battle Location #4Interviews will be held at our Fountains location.

We are looking for outgoing, confident, hardworking, and friendly individuals who can keep up in a fast-paced nail salon environment. This is a fun and social job, but we need someone who is strong, active, dependable, polite, and comfortable working with customers and handling complaints professionally.

You do not need previous experience. However, experience in a salon, nail industry, or customer service and knowledge of nails is a plus.

Pay & Training

Training: $7.25/hourStarting pay after training: $12.00/hourTraining will be provided for our systems and daily responsibilities.Main Responsibilities

This position involves much more than working behind the front desk. You will help keep the salon running smoothly and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitudeCheck clients in and help manage the flow of the salonLearn and operate our turn-management system for nail techniciansLearn and operate the POS/payment system used by our technicians to charge customersKeep track of the salon's daily customer flow and technician turnsWalk around the salon and make sure clients are comfortableOffer drinks and provide attentive customer serviceAnswer customer questions and assist with requestsHandle customer concerns and complaints calmly, politely, and professionallyHelp resolve customer issues and know when to involve managementWash, dry, fold, and prepare towelsPrepare and provide hot towelsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front areaAssist with paperwork and other front desk dutiesCount and organize money in the morningsHelp with daily opening and closing duties as neededSupport the nail technicians and the rest of the teamBe willing to help at our other locations when neededPerform other duties necessary to help the salon operate smoothlyRequirements

We are looking for someone who is:

No previous experience is required — we will train you.

However, the following are a plus:

Customer service experienceReception/front desk experienceNail salon or beauty industry experienceKnowledge of nail services and salon terminologyExperience working with POS or payment systemsAvailability

OPEN AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.

You must be flexible and willing to work different shifts, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays as needed.
