We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to text messages professionally
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Check customers in and out
Process payments accurately
Recommend salon services and retail products
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate technician schedules
Handle customer questions and resolve minor concerns
Monitor appointment flow to minimize wait times
Assist with social media inquiries when needed
Support the salon team with daily operations

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred
Reception or salon experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Reliable and punctual
Weekend availability preferred
Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or English/Spanish) is a plus
