Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Respond promptly to emails, messages, and client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Greet and check in guests while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness Process payments, retail purchases, and client transactions Upsell salon services, packages, and retail products with confidence Educate guests on salon offerings and recommend services based on client needs Understand the daily flow and operations of the salon to ensure smooth scheduling and guest experiences Assist with administrative duties including filing, inventory support, client records, and data entry Support management and service providers with daily operational tasks Help resolve scheduling conflicts and client concerns professionally Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable Reliable attendance and punctuality Confident in recommending and upselling services and products Comfortable using phones, email, scheduling systems, and basic administrative software Proficiency in Google Suite Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Knowledge of salon/spa operations is preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset This position is more than answering phones and booking appointments — the front desk is the center of the salon experience.
