KRASA Beauty Studio is looking for a friendly, stylish, and responsible Receptionist to join our team! You'll be the face of the salon, greeting clients, managing appointments, and helping us create an unforgettable experience.
Requirements
Welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out
Answer calls, texts, DMs, and handle appointment scheduling
Process payments and retail sales
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment, including the front desk and common areas
Educate clients about our services, promotions, memberships, and retail products
Recommend services and products to clients and assist with retail sales
Collect client feedback and help ensure an exceptional guest experience
Support salon artists and team members with daily operations
Help keep appointments running smoothly and assist with client flow throughout the day
(Bonus!) Help create content for social media: shoot behind-the-scenes videos, reels, and stories
Requirements
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude, stylish and well-groomed appearance
English fluency (a second language is a plus)
Availability to work weekends and evenings
Interest in social media and content creation is a big plus
Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
