We are looking for a friendly front desk concierge to join our team at our premium, upscale nail salon. This position is responsible for greeting guests, getting to know our regulars (and greeting them by name), managing appointments, taking payments, closing retail sales, and making everyone feel welcome when they walk in the door. Excellent computer and phone skills A friendly and welcoming personality An ability to manage customer expectations and book appointments, taking credit card and cash payments An interest in nails and nail care.
