Company Description BEING HAUTE STARTS AT THE FRONT DESK ✨
Haute Headz has been making Tallahassee feel haute since 1989 — and we’re not slowing down. As one of the largest and most established salons in the Southeast, we’ve built something truly iconic: a high-energy, high-standard experience set inside a breathtaking historic church in the heart of Florida’s capital city. Our guests range from Florida’s First Lady to FSU students stepping into their glow-up, and every single one of them deserves to leave feeling completely, unapologetically haute.
That kind of experience doesn’t happen by accident — it starts the moment someone walks through our doors. And that’s where YOU come in.
Haute Headz is hiring a Front Desk Manager / Guest Experience Leader.
This is more than answering phones — this is the heartbeat of the salon. We’re looking for someone bright, bubbly, polished, and professional who can bring happy energy, manage a busy front desk, support our stylists, and make every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and completely haute from the moment they walk in.
The ideal candidate understands service flow and knows how appointments, color timing, stylists, clients, and checkout all work together to create a seamless, beautiful experience. You have a genuine sense of style and know how to dress the part — because in the beauty industry, you are part of the brand. Being fluent in social media and marketing is a bonus — we love someone who can capture a great moment and share it beautifully, though the front desk always comes first. Salon experience is a plus, but what matters most is your attitude, your energy, and your ability to make people feel like the most haute person in the room the second they arrive.
What we offer:
• Competitive compensation
• Full benefits including health insurance and paid vacation
• A team and environment that is truly one of a kind
Schedule: Must be available for evenings and weekends.
