Front Desk Coordinator - Tulsa, OK (Tulsa location) Do you have a passion for providing exceptional client experiences? About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients with a smile and positive, engaging attitude Utilize salon's technology in managing appointments and salon calendar to accurately: Check in and check out clients Process cash and credit card transactions Perform system opening and closing procedures Answer phone calls and emails to schedule appointments Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner Maintain front desk, waiting area, and retail for tidiness and organization.
