Role Description

This is an on-site role as a Front Desk Coordinator. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for greeting and checking in clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, performing receptionist duties, and providing administrative assistance.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills
Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) software
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
