Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and organized experienced Salon Receptionist to join our Aveda Salon team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and phone etiquette while managing the front desk operations. This role involves scheduling appointments, handling retail and service sales, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the salon and assist them with check-in procedures.Schedule and confirm appointments using salon management software.Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, products, and promotions.Conduct product demos to educate clients on available retail items.Process transactions accurately using a cash register and maintain an organized cash drawer.Maintain an inviting reception area by keeping it clean and stocked with necessary materials.Assist in retail sales by promoting products and providing recommendations based on client needs.Support salon staff by supervising waiting areas and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.Skills
