Who We’re Looking For

Warm, welcoming personality with strong customer service skills
Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking with clients
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking and working in a busy salon setting
Not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed
Professional appearance and communication
Previous salon or front desk experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
Greeting clients and providing a welcoming first impression
Booking and managing appointments
Assisting stylists and supporting daily salon flow
Folding towels and maintaining cleanliness of the front area
Restocking retail and back-bar products
Light cleaning and organization duties
Occasional shampooing of clients when needed
Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and positive environment
