Front Bar Receptionist

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

* Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
* Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
* Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
* Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
* Assist in all in-store operational processes.
* Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
* Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
* Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
* Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
* Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

* Guest Service Experience (1 year)
* Sales and Marketing Experience
* Salon Experience Preferred
* Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Job Type: Part Time

Availability: Nights and Weekends Required

Education: High School, or equivalent
