LS Glam Salon & Agency is a luxury beauty salon and creative agency specializing in hair, makeup, weddings, productions, photoshoots, events, and beauty experiences. We’re looking for a talented, dependable, and motivated Hair & Makeup Artist Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves beauty, enjoys working with people, and wants to gain hands-on experience in both the salon and production side of the beauty industry.

What You'll Do

Assist hair and makeup artists with clients and productions
Help prepare stations, products, tools, and supplies
Assist with hair styling, makeup application, touch-ups, and finishing
Shampoo, prep, and assist with basic hair services
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Assist during weddings, photoshoots, productions, events, and salon services
Help with setup and breakdown for on-location jobs
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
Learn and grow alongside experienced beauty professionals
Represent the LS Glam brand professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

Experience or training in hair and/or makeup
Comfortable working with clients
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take direction
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable working with different hair textures, skin tones, and beauty styles
Must have reliable transportation
Cosmetology or makeup training is a plus

The Right Person for LS Glam

We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, creative, hardworking, and excited about the beauty industry.You don't have to know everything—we want someone who is coachable and ready to grow.

There may be opportunities to work on weddings, productions, photoshoots, events, and other exciting LS Glam Agency projects as you develop your skills.

Compensation

$17 per hour

Part-time hours with opportunities for additional work based on bookings, events, and production needs.
