Fringe Benefits Salon has proudly served the Tampa Bay area for over 16 years and is opening a beautiful second location in Downtown Tampa. We're searching for Two exceptional stylist to become part of our founding team.

This isn't simply renting a chair or clocking in.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 4 years behind the chair.

An established clientele with a strong desire to continue growing.

Active social media presence and understands personal branding.

Self-motivated and highly organized.

Professional, dependable, and accountable.

Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Passionate about continued education.

Enjoys mentoring newer stylists and celebrating others' success.

Values teamwork over competition.

Loyal, trustworthy, and committed to building something long-term.
