Responsibilities

Perform professional eyelash extension applications using safe, hygienic techniques to enhance clients’ natural beauty
Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations for long-lasting results
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
Upsell related beauty services like brow shaping, lash lifts, or retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future visits
Stay current with the latest eyelash extension trends, techniques, and safety standards through ongoing training

Experience

Proven experience in eyelash extension application with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing preferred; certifications in eyelash extensions required in some regions
Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation practices, body waxing, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments is a plus
Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to promote services and grow clientele
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
