Job Summary of Expert Stylist:

This position is focused on delivering expert level hair and beauty services while enhancing the overall guest experience. The role involves consulting with guests, recommending services and products, and performing a wide range of advanced salon services. Emphasis is placed on achieving performance targets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a collaborative salon environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Expert Stylist:

Supplying an extensive range of salon services ranging from design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treating, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, to ear piercing when required.Exceed the average weekly service sales target of $1900 by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.Elevate retail revenue through customized product suggestions and hands-on demonstrations within the salon.Participating in marketing events and promotions is a proactive way to engage guests and advertise services.Keep yourself informed about new trends and products to enhance the value of your service offerings and client consultations.Cultivate robust guest relationships by delivering tailored service and personalized retail advice.Build a collaborative salon culture that values inclusivity and teamwork by partnering with peers and brand connections.Ensure the salon atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and safe by following all hygiene and safety guidelines.Ensure that all guidelines of the company are complied with, including booking protocols and guest readiness procedures.Qualifications and Experience of Expert Stylist:

- Having a valid cosmetology license is obligatory.Those applying must possess relevant salon-related experience.Experience in a variety of services such as haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.Proficient in handling salon instruments and chemical solutions for specialized services.Proficient in advising and retailing specialized beauty supplies for professionals.Proficiently managing customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional guest service.Proficiency in balancing individual work with collaborative efforts within a team.Preparedness to work at irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Expert Stylist:
