Job Summary of Expert Colorist:

This role centers on providing professional hair and beauty services to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties involve advising guests, recommending services and products, and performing a variety of advanced salon services. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Expert Colorist:

Offering a wide variety of salon services including design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treatments, styling, perms, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing where appropriate.Exceed the average weekly service sales target of $1900 by consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.Increase retail sales through personalized recommendations for products and in-salon demonstrations that engage customers.Participating in marketing events and promotions is a proactive way to engage guests and advertise services.Stay updated on emerging trends and products to improve the services you provide and consultations with clients.Establish and maintain solid guest rapport while offering personalized service and bespoke retail suggestions.Collaborate with peers and brand allies to reinforce a culture of inclusivity and teamwork in the salon.Follow cleanliness and safety guidelines to maintain a welcoming and secure salon environment.Make certain that company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures are consistently met.Qualifications and Experience of Expert Colorist:

- A current cosmetology license is a requirement.It is essential to have relevant experience in a salon setting.Experience in a range of services such as haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.Capable of utilizing salon instruments and products for precise treatments.Expertise in suggesting and retailing professional-grade beauty products.Showing proficiency in guest service and communication, prioritizing the establishment of repeat clientele.Talent for working both independently and cooperatively within a team setting.Preparedness to work at irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Expert Colorist:
