Role Description
We are seeking experienced Stylists and Barbers for a full-time role at our Buffalo, NY location. Responsibilities include delivering expert haircuts, styling, color treatments, and grooming services. You will be expected to consult with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored hair care advice, and maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace. Additionally, you will contribute to creating an exceptional client experience and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
Qualifications

Skills in advanced hair cutting, coloring, styling, and barbering techniques
Ability to consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards
Understanding of current beauty trends and dedication to ongoing professional development
Current and valid license for cosmetology or barbering in the state of New York
Previous experience in a salon or barbering environment is highly valued
