Perennial Salon is looking for an experienced stylist who loves creating beautiful hair, taking care of guests, and being part of a team that supports one another.

We’re a Buckhead salon built on professionalism, education, mentorship, and five-star service. We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical skills and a genuine desire to keep growing.

A licensed cosmetologist with experience working independently behind the chair
Strong consultation, cutting, color, and finishing skills
A professional, dependable approach to guests and teammates
An interest in continued education and sharing knowledge

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and the role you step into at Perennial Salon. Our stylist career path includes hourly or commission pay, plus tips and 10% retail commission. We’ll discuss the specific pay structure and earning potential during the interview.

Experience:

Hair styling: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Cosmetology License (Required)

Work Location: In person
