Job Description:

Each stylist is responsible for serving guests with excellent customer service in a professional and polished environment. Part of this service includes but it not limited to providing the knowledge of products, and styling tips our guests need to duplicate their look at home.

Required Experience: Hair Stylist – 1+ years
Required license or certification: Current Cosmetology License as required by state/provincial regulations.

Minimal Requirements:

Provide quality hair services by consulting with the guest
Educate the guests and recommend products to help the guest maintain his/her style
Attend any required technical training sessions.
Perform mild cleaning tasks which are divided among the team
Be trust worthy, fair, operate with integrity, and be a TEAM PLAYER

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
Ability to be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances used in the performing hair services.
Ability to observe guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to focus.
Ability to communicate with guests regarding the services recommended and requested.
