Experienced Salon Assistant

We’re a by-appointment salon with a strong attention to detail and a team that cares about the client experience from start to finish. The right person is organized, sharp, calm under pressure, and naturally a few steps ahead. Assisting stylists and colorists throughout the day Shampooing clients, applying gloss, and assisting with blowdries Greeting clients, checking them in and out, and helping with appointment booking using Boulevard Helping keep stations, backbar, and the salon clean and organized Restocking products and salon supplies as needed Supporting overall salon flow and client experience throughout the day Comfortable working closely with a team in a client-facing environment Interest in the beauty, fashion, and social media space is a plus Valid NYS cosmetology license At least 1 year of salon assisting experience preferred Proven experience as a salon assistant or in a similar role within a busy salon environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the rhythm of salon life and wants to be part of a team that cares about the work, the atmosphere, and the experience as a whole.
