Experienced Licensed Hair Stylist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Contours Salon & MedSpa is seeking an experienced, licensed hair stylist to join our team in Bloomfield, CT.

We are looking for a professional who enjoys building lasting client relationships, takes pride in delivering quality work, and values being part of a supportive team. This position is ideal for a stylist who wants to continue growing their career in an established salon with a strong reputation in the community.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services
Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
Recommend retail products when appropriate
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive salon experience

Qualifications

Active Connecticut Cosmetology License
Minimum of 2 years of salon experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Passion for continued learning and professional development
