We are a Summit Salon that operates on a level-based, commission-driven system. New hires begin at an hourly rate aligned with their experience and certifications, transitioning to commission as performance goals are achieved.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatmentsBuild strong client relationships through consultations and personalized recommendationsRecommend and retail professional products to support client results at homeConfidently suggest additional services to enhance the guest experienceMaintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to overall salon operationsCollaborate with a supportive, team-oriented environmentWhat We’re Looking For:
