Experienced Lash & Brow Artist

Job Overview
Lash & Brow Savy is a luxury lash and brow salon in South Tampa known for refined, natural-looking results, exceptional client care, and consistently high standards. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we're looking for an experienced Lash & Brow Artist to join our team.
This position is ideal for an artist with strong technical skills, beautiful work, and a passion for delivering an elevated client experience. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, values consistency, and wants to grow within a supportive, high-performing team. Artists with an existing clientele are encouraged to apply, but established salon demand is available.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience required (2+ years preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, consistent work
Proficiency in creating handmade volume fans (no premade fans)
Experience with brow services, including shaping, tinting, laminations, and waxing
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
Valid Florida Cosmetology or Facial Specialist license
Excellent communication and client service skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Strong rebooking habits with a focus on long-term client retention

Preferred (Not Required)

Existing clientele
Brow threading experience
Experience using Vagaro
Comfortable creating social media content

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
