Competitive commission base pay with excellent earning potential Responsibilities - Deliver expert haircuts, styling, coloring, and perming services tailored to each client’s preferences and features - Perform specialized treatments such as balayage, highlights, lowlights, and corrective color work using advanced color theory principles - Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hair care products or retail items - Upsell retail products and additional services through effective communication and excellent customer service skills Requirements - Minimum of two years’ experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of work - Skilled in various hair services including cutting, styling, coloring - Valid Florida cosmetology or barbering license - Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration - Experience working with diverse hair types and textures; strong understanding of color theory is essential Join us if you’re ready to bring your passion for beauty to life in an energetic environment where your skills are valued We’re dedicated to supporting your professional growth while providing an engaging space for creativity and excellence.
