Blow To Paris is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 talented, experienced hairstylists to join our team at our boutique salon in East Boca Raton.

We’re especially interested in stylists who are passionate about color, blonding, balayage, highlights and dimensional color and who are looking for a salon where they can build a strong, long-term clientele.

You do NOT need to bring a full book of clients.

While an existing clientele is always welcome, we are looking for the right stylist and will actively support you in growing your book through salon marketing, social media, promotions and new-client opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Experienced, licensed Florida hairstylist
Strong color skills, especially blonding, balayage, highlights and dimensional color
Confident in women's haircuts, blowouts and styling
Excellent consultation and communication skills
Professional, reliable and positive
Passionate about creating a great client experience
Interested in continuing to learn and grow
Comfortable having your work photographed or filmed for salon social media
Someone looking for a salon to call home and build with long-term
