You’ve built your skills. You’ve gained experience behind the chair. Now you’re looking for a salon where you can build what comes next.

Alter’d Culture Salon is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 experienced hairstylists who want more than simply a chair to work behind.

We are looking for career-minded stylists with approximately 3+ years of industry experience who are confident in their technical foundation, passionate about delivering elevated services, and ready to continue growing their craft, clientele, income, and long-term career.

Our stylists have the opportunity to receive an average of 15 new-client opportunities per month.

Bringing an existing clientele is an advantage, but it is not required. We are especially interested in experienced stylists who have the technical ability and professionalism to serve a high-end clientele but may be looking for a stronger environment to help them grow their book and earning potential.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal stylist:

Has approximately 3+ years of professional hairstyling experience
Has a strong technical foundation in cutting and/or color
Can confidently execute polished, high-quality services
Values an elevated guest experience
Is dependable, professional and team-oriented
Wants to continue developing technically rather than becoming stagnant
Is coachable and open to education and feedback
Wants to understand the business behind the chair, not just the technical side
Is motivated to increase their clientele and income
Takes ownership of their career and professional growth
Wants to be part of a salon culture with high standards and a clear direction for the future
