Who We’re Looking For
We are especially interested in stylists with prior salon experience who are confident behind the chair and are ready to continue growing. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and understands how to create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
We are also open to considering junior stylists who are highly motivated, coachable, professional, and eager to grow in a performance-driven salon environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircutting, coloring and styling services
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and pre-booking
Take initiative in growing your book of business through referrals, rebooking, and personal promotion
Maintain a clean, polished, and professional workstation
Contribute positively to the salon culture and overall team environment
Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Qualifications
Active North Carolina cosmetology license
Recent behind-the-chair salon experience preferred
Existing clientele preferred
Confidence performing core hair services independently
Strong consultation and communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Reliable, organized, and guest-focused
Eagerness to continue learning and growing
