Role Description As an Experienced Hair Stylist at Craigfields Hair Studio and Spa, you will provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for a diverse clientele. You will consult with guests to understand their preferences and hair goals, recommend appropriate services and products, and ensure an exceptional salon experience at every visit. Daily responsibilities include managing your appointment schedule, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation and safety standards, and supporting front-desk activities as needed. You will collaborate with other team members, participate in ongoing education, and stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Arden, NC.

Qualifications

Strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and finishing techniques.Cosmetology license in good standing in the state of North Carolina, with up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.Solid Hair Care expertise, including product knowledge, treatment recommendations, and hair health best practices.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.Proven experience in a salon environment, preferably in a stylist role serving a diverse clientele.Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by the salon.Professional, reliable, and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to participate in training and continuing education.
