Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Experienced Hair Stylist based in Charlotte, NC. The Hair Stylist will be responsible for providing professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized treatments. The stylist will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and staying updated on the latest industry trends. Additional responsibilities may include consultation, recommending products, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.

Qualifications

Proficient in Hair Styling, Cutting, and Coloring techniques, as well as experience in specialized treatments like Brazilian Blowout and Keratin treatmentsCosmetology certification or license, with a strong foundation in hair care practicesExcellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and professional client experienceStrong Communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaborationAbility to stay updated on current hair trends and techniquesPassion for creativity and attention to detailPrior experience in a luxury salon environment is a plus
