We’re Looking For
If you’re an experienced hairstylist looking for strong weekend bookings, steady client flow, and a salon where you can continue growing your skills, U&K Salon may be a great fit.
We are especially looking for stylists who are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as these are our busiest and highest-demand days.
Weekend-focused or weekend-only availability is also welcome for experienced stylists who want to focus on high-demand days.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing both men’s and women’s haircuts. Because clients may book different haircut categories depending on availability, we need a stylist who can confidently work with men’s cuts, women’s cuts, short hair, long hair, layered cuts, and shape-focused styles.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build loyal clients, stay busy on weekends, and grow within a supportive Brooklyn salon.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have professional experience as a hairstylistAre confident with both men’s and women’s haircutsCan work Fridays, Saturdays, and/or SundaysEnjoy detailed, precise haircuttingHave experience with hair color, or want to continue improving your color skillsHave strong consultation and communication skillsAre reliable, punctual, and professionalEnjoy working in a calm, respectful, and creative salon environmentWant to build loyal clients in the Brooklyn communityExperience with Asian hair, Japanese-inspired styles, color, or perm services is a plus.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
