Schedule and Expectations

Flexible, self-managed scheduling
2 Saturdays per month required, with flexibility considered for established stylists with a strong clientele base
1 to 2 evening shifts per week (typically until 8pm)

Designed to balance stylist flexibility with consistent client availability

Note: While we do have steady new guest flow, this role is best suited for a stylist who is not starting from zero.

Step 1: In-person interview with salon owner
Step 2: Technical and panel interview

Bring a model for a cut and color service
Meet with the owner, a senior stylist, and the front desk manager
